Reshma is an experienced Research Project Lead with over 25 years in clinical research and trial management. She currently leads the Tissue Bank and Fistula Outcome Database projects at St Mark’s Hospital, specialising in project management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Reshma is highly skilled in establishing and managing complex research infrastructures, training multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring full adherence to HTA and GCP standards. 

She also plays an instrumental role in coordinating and facilitating TOpClass consortium meetings throughout the year, maintaining member communications and ensuring smooth collaboration.
